Centre Microarray Facility
The Prostate Centre Microarray Facility offers
rapid and economical access to a comprehensive set of microarray
services for academic and private sector groups. We provide:
• experimental design to address all steps of the microarray
experiment
• RNA purification and quality control with the Agilent
BioAnalyzer 2100
• Agilent and Nimblegen microarray platforms for expression
and comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) studies
• spotted custom oligonucleotide and cDNA microarrays
• custom antibody and peptide/protein microarrays
• full service pipeline for the development of cDNA microarrays
for non-model organisms
• bioinformatics and statistical tools and support for
simple and
complex data analysis
• training and support to our collaborators’ and clients’
scientific personal and projects
• custom antibody and peptide/protein microarrays
