Quality Control

Quality control (QC) measures must be established to minimize experimental variabillity, reduce costs attributed to wasted resources and to consistently provide the highest in quality.

We have developed QC protocols to ensure that our instruments and protocols for probe production, printing and attachment are consistently performing correctly and that our microarrays are meeting industry-level specifications. Quality is also a measure of user satisfaction, which is dependent on product application and the complexity of optimizing multiple steps in post-printing array processing. We can work with the customer to help optimize the hybridization conditions to achieve the best results.

The following table outlines our QC processes. For more information, please contact us.
