Services Overview
|
The Prostate Centre Microarray Facility offers specific
and full-service packages that match your study and requirements.
For model organisms, we are offering Agilent , NimbleGen
and custom platforms. For non-model organisms, we have
developed a full pipeline of services that allows you
to submit your clones of interest and received a gene
expression profile in return.
Appropriate and reliable quality control processes have
been developed for all services to minimize experimental
variabillity, reduce costs attributed to wasted resources,
and to consistently provide the highest quality. Our expertise
will save you time and effort.

technology and determination of requirements to fulfill
the project's goals
|
|
Microarray platform
|
Select the most suitable microarray platform (commercial
vs. custom; single vs. multiplex arrays), probe density
|
|
Target generation
|
For gene expression studies, extraction,
purification, and quality control of RNA. If required,
RNA amplification.

PCR amplification and purification, quality control);
manipulation of oligonucleotide and protein libraries.
|
|
Design of Microarray
|
Design of ordered patterns of probes
on a solid surface determined by the way researchers wish
to analyze their experiment.
