Standard genome oligo microarrays

• Expression analysis
We offer a diversity of platforms for genome expression microarrays such as oligo libraries from Operon (in-house printing), printed microarrays from Agilent, and microRNA sets from Invitrogen and Ambion. Each platform offers full analysis service including RNA quality control.

• Custom printed microarrays
We develop and produce cDNA, oligo and protein microarrays to your specifications. We offer full analysis service including microarray design for all microarrays and probe design and preparation for all cDNA microarrays

• CGH microarrays
We offer sample processing on the Agilent platform.
