Data Analysis

Understanding the hidden story within large amounts of high throughput data along with the ever-evolving genomic and proteomic resources can be very daunting.

The Microarray facility has a committed team of bioinformaticians with extensive experience in microarray technology, informatics and molecular biology.

We offer side-by-side guidance and training in all areas whether it’s instruction on how to use the latest versions of cutting edge software suites or customized statistical analysis for presentations and publication. We have developed several in- house analysis programs to deal with unique datasets such as SNP and mRNA.

We also offer assistance in publishing your data to public microarray data repositories such as NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) in MIAME compliant form.

All members of our facility work together on the research and development of our services in order to provide to highest quality arrays and most robust data analysis.
