Certified Agilent Services

We value Agilent microarrays
Our facility is committed to excellence and offers the most suitable microarray solution for each study. We have extended our microarray expertise to become an Agilent Certified Service Provider because the Agilent platform is a robust, well validated technology and the design of the microarrays is highly customizable. Customers can benefit from high-quality 60mer oligo probe sets for multiple genomes, multiplex slide formats and applications. Our extensive experience in microarray applications combined with Agilent’s advanced technology guarantee the quality of the data for publication. The process is simple: send us your RNA or DNA samples, and we will send you high quality data for standard or custom Agilent arrays.

Our Certified Agilent Applications
Our facility is certified for one and two-colour gene expression and microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) and we are looking forward to be certified for miRNA and ChIP shortly.

Our Agilent services
We provide RNA quality control, microarray processing for certified applications, and data analysis. We also provide extended services including experimental design consultation, custom microarray design with eArray, RNA or DNA extraction, personalized data analysis and data validation. We welcome projects of all sizes.

Pilot projects
If you’re new to Agilent or microarray technology, we’ll use your samples to convince you of the value and quality of the Agilent platform.

Software
We use the Agilent microarray scanner with its Feature Extraction software, CGH Analytics, GeneSpring, R and Bioconductor and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis.

About Data Analysis
We offer side-by-side guidance and training in all areas whether it’s instruction on how to use the latest versions of cutting edge software suites or customized statistical analysis for presentations and publication. We also offer assistance in publishing your data to public microarray data repositories such as NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) in MIAME compliant form. Our comprehensive microarray analysis support and bioinformatics services include:
• data normalization
• custom-tailored analyses for individual questions
• statistical expertise in discussion of results
• various statistical analyses for differentially expressed genes
• various visualizations of data,
• clustering analyses (all commonly used methods)
• the incorporation of annotations, gene ontology (GO) information, and functional group analysis
• finding and visualizing pathways for differentially expressed genes
